Every moment is built to spark energy, competition, and fun.

It is perfect for conferences, off site, retreats, large meetings or town halls. The goal is simple. Earn as many points as possible for your team before the session ends. The path to get there is anything but simple. Expect a mix of logic, speed, precision, and playful physical tasks. Some rounds involve everyone at once. Others call for a brave volunteer to step forward and carry the team.

EVENT WALKTHORUGH

Our dedicated hosts will greet your guests and walk them through the full range of planned activities. This essential step sets the stage for an engaging outdoor experience full of teamwork and maximum interaction.

Teams move through a series of 8-12 fast-paced mini challenges. Each round shifts between different types of tasks.

Example activities could include:

  • Perfect Pass – A precision-based passing challenge where accuracy and timing matter.
  • Guess the Order – Teams race to place items, events, or facts in the correct sequence.
  • Trivia Bomb – High pressure trivia where wrong answers trigger consequences or point losses.
  • Paper Airplane Competition – Teams design, launch, and score based on distance, accuracy, or hang time.
  • The Majority – Score points by predicting the most common answer from the room.
  • Top 10 – Teams race to name the most popular answers before the list fills up.
  • Pyramid Stack Relay – A relay-style stacking challenge that tests coordination and speed.
 
Once all scores are tallied up, your host will enthusiastically proclaim the winning team and share thoughtful recaps for future reflection. A team photo will be snapped to preserve the day’s memories, and the event will wrap up with a high-energy team shout, ensuring an unforgettable and uplifting finale.
