Our hosts will facilitate the opening ceremony. Teams will perform their chant to intimidate their opponents. 

Teams will play an assortment of office games or sports games for an outdoor event. Each event will be competing for gold, silver, bronze. The teams with the most medals wins.

Sample Indoor Office Olympic Games

• Balloon Volleyball
  Teams use only their breath or hand flicks to keep a balloon in the air over a string or divider. Great for limited space.
• Pyramid Cup Stack Relay
  Teams race to stack and unstack plastic cups into a pyramid formation as fast as possible.
• Office Tennis
  Using clipboards or folders as rackets and a crumpled paper ball, teams rally back and forth across desks or a tape “net.”
• Water Bottle Flip Challenge
  Each team member must successfully land a water bottle upright before tagging the next teammate.

Sample Outdoor Office Olympic Games

• Tug of War
  Classic head-to-head competition requiring teamwork and strength. Divide departments into teams.
• Sack Race
  Everyone hops to the finish line in potato sacks — simple, hilarious, and photo-friendly.
• Water Balloon Toss
  Partners toss balloons back and forth, taking a step back after every catch. The last team with an unbroken balloon wins.
• Frisbee Golf
  Set up office “holes” using cones or bins. Lowest total throws across all stations wins.

The event concludes with a medal ceremony where scores are finalized and the top three teams are awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. The overall champions will be announced, and photos will be taken during the presentation to close out the Office Olympics.
