Rescheduling
You may reschedule your event without losing your deposit by notifying us at least 7 days before your scheduled game night. This allows you to choose a new date without any additional costs.
Cancellation
If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, you are required to pay the full quoted amount. Unfortunately, your deposit will not be refunded.
Short Notice Changes
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event will be treated as a cancellation, and you will be obligated to pay the full event cost.
Deposit and Payment Requirements
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. For events at our location, a non-refundable deposit of $495 is required.
- Full Payment for Smaller Bookings: For events with a pre-tax quote of $1500 or less, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The balance of your payment is due 10 days before the event. Failure to pay in full may result in the cancellation of your event.
Weather and Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather or events outside of our control. In such cases, you have the option to reschedule your event within one year of the original date, subject to availability.
No Shows and Late Arrivals
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
